Service Description

Valenciano Notary Public officiates bilingual civil wedding ceremonies for cross-border couples, including ceremonies held on the international bridges between El Paso, TX and Ciudad Juárez, MX. As ordained officiants authorized under Texas law, we perform legally recognized civil marriages in El Paso and at the international bridges once a valid Texas marriage license has been issued. If one partner is outside the U.S., Texas law allows the use of an ‘Affidavit of Absent Applicant for Marriage License’ in certain situations. (Please verify all requirements with the county clerk.) We provide the notarization for this affidavit as part of the process. How It Works ↓ 1. Obtain your Texas marriage license from any Texas county clerk.* * (If one partner is outside the U.S., the "Affidavit of Absent Applicant" may be required.) 2. Bring valid IDs on the day of the ceremony. 3. We perform your ceremony, bilingual and compliant with Texas law. 4.
